The room was ok and the personal was very kind. Every day the room was cleaned, which is very good and the food from breakfast was always refilled. It's awesome that the hotel is near tram and metro station which provides us a very good mobility to visit a lot of places.

The staff were the best, greatly helpful. Also the hotel’s location, that it is close to public transport for easy transportation. I can rebook the same hotel if I plan on visiting Istanbul again.

It’s a nice hotel managed by a nice staff. They were cleaning our room daily in a perfect way. Also, it was really in the center of Istanbul so we were getting easily everywhere. Thanks for Topkapi hotel
